Account Manager

Do you have experience in a complex sales and account management capacity? Do you have knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and coordination of people and resources? If so, you could be the perfect person to take on this role of Account Manager!  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing an account management plan and consistently refining this throughout the year. 
  • Maintaining effective relationships with existing clients. 
  • Following up on all sales leads and requests in a timely manner. 
  • Maintaining CRM activities, opportunities, and forecasting. 
  • Attending handover and kick-off meetings, external meetings, and networking functions. 
  • Planning and executing direct marketing and sales activities to achieve and develop sales and services within the customer base.  

For this role, you will need experience in the IT and Managed Services industry, and to be proficient with Microsoft Office with experience using CRM software. You will also need knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling products or services.
