Senior Private Lending Administrator

A private bank is looking to recruit a Senior Private Lending Administrator, to join their  Private Lending department to deal with all aspects of credit applications, both new and existing.

Main duties: 

  • Assisting in the processing of both new and renewal credit applications
  • Liaising with lawyers where required
  • Satisfactory completion of facility documentation and the perfection of security
  • Instructing valuers and solicitors for mortgages
  • Reviewing Property valuations and Report on titles
  • General administration including preparation of documentation for scanning, archiving of documentation, creation of files and filing
  • Setting up facilities, limits and collateral in core banking systems 
  • Assisting with credit procedure, development and implementation

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years’ experience working within a similar area, be a self-motivated individual who can work independently as well as collaboratively with senior and more junior colleagues and have prior experience of working with external counterparts, such as lawyers.

They will also have the ability to work under pressure and deliver within established deadlines, have prior experience working in a Private Banking environment and will either hold or be working towards, a suitable professional qualification.
