A major financial services organisation is looking to recruit a Document Indexing Assistant, to join their Fiduciary department for a 3-month period.

The Fiduciary department is currently undergoing a project to transfer Prime and Statutory document into electronic files within the Fiduciary department’s document management system.

The role holder will organise and mark up files in accordance with procedures to accommodate the scanning of documents into the system by the scanning team.
