Our client is looking to recruit someone with excellent customer focus, empathy and experience of working in a customer facing role, to join their Customer Support team for a 12 week period as a Customer Support Agent.

The role holder will provide general support covering products and services including but not limited to: sales, service, provisioning, billing, payments, faults, conference bureau and mobile help desk and also provide routine administration.

Applicants must have a superb telephone manner and listening skills, good communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrate an interest in current and future technology and be organised and methodical.

This role is on a shift rota and basis will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
