Personal/Executive Assistant

An accountancy firm is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organisational skills and discretion will be key to success.

Key responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level executive support to Directors, including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and agendas
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting team operations and contributing to a culture of excellence
  • Taking minutes, managing timesheets and expenses, and ensuring Directors are well-prepared for meetings
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhancing client service delivery

Key criteria:

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a professional services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management, diary coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Discretion, professionalism, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
  • A relevant secretarial or administrative qualification is desirable
