Personal/Executive Assistant
An accountancy firm is seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant to support its senior leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your organisational skills and discretion will be key to success.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing high-level executive support to Directors, including diary and email management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Preparing presentations, reports, proposals, and agendas
- Acting as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting team operations and contributing to a culture of excellence
- Taking minutes, managing timesheets and expenses, and ensuring Directors are well-prepared for meetings
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhancing client service delivery
Key criteria:
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant in a professional services environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent time management, diary coordination, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Discretion, professionalism, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
- A relevant secretarial or administrative qualification is desirable
