Here at Situations we don’t sit on our laurels – we recently conducted a comprehensive and anonymous survey on our customer service to see how we are faring in the current employment marketplace and we received a huge response from our client companies and candidates. We’re delighted to say that the vast majority of replies were extremely positive. Our overall service and our Consultants were rated as excellent. Obviously there is always room for improvement and we’re all learning every day. Areas to work on included the layout of our CV’s, which we’ve now changed completely to a much more modern and clear format, and that we should try to obtain more comprehensive interview feedback from our clients for our candidates, which we completely understand. So we’ve taken all comments on board and are now working even harder to ensure that we’re providing the very best recruitment service in Guernsey.
